$5.1 million Bi-Annual Exception
Potential Free Agents
-
Gary Harris ($7.5 million team option, Full Bird Rights, Unrestricted)
-
Moe Wagner ($11 million team option, Full Bird Rights, Unrestricted)
-
Cory Joseph ($3.5 million team option, Non-Bird Rights, Unrestricted)

Summary
Even if the Magic lose all their potential free agents, they won't have meaningful cap room, barring any major trades.

Without counting the players with team options for '25-'26, the Magic will have $21 million below the luxury tax and $29 million below the first apron, with 11 players under contract (not including their first round picks). The space below the first apron either be used to retain Moe Wagner and/or Harris, or bring in talent using the Full MLE or BAE.
Depending on what happens with their existing potential free agents, they might be over the first apron and only have the $5.7 million Taxpayer MLE to add talent.
