Summary
The Jazz could have a large amount of cap room. However, it would require John Collins opting out and leaving, which seems unlikely. In addition, the Jazz will have three first round picks that will cut into their cap space, one of which should be near the top of the draft.
Therefore, it's more likely that the Jazz actually operate over the cap, and should have plenty of room below the luxury tax and first apron to use the full $14.1 million Nontaxpayer Mid-Level Exception and the $5.1 million Bi-Annual Exception to add talent in free agent.

Alternatively, the Jazz could use a small amount of cap space to renegotiate and extend Collin Sexton's contract, similar to what they did with Lauri Markkanen and Jordan Clarkson in the past.
